Deposits at Casono can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100, and funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though your first withdrawal may take longer if KYC verification has not yet been completed. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance. Casono's welcome bonus carries just a 10x wagering requirement — one of the lowest in the industry. If the requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

Casono's Sports Betting section covers cricket, football, tennis, and over 30 other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as conditions may change in real time.
Odds displayed before a match begins are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement remain valid regardless of any subsequent changes. Casono reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
If a match is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. For accumulator bets, however, the cancelled match is removed and the remaining selections continue at their respective odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casono. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Casono reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. This typically occurs when prohibited activity is detected, KYC verification has not been completed, or suspicious financial behavior is identified.
Members who wish to close their account can contact support to request this. The account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed. After closure, account data will be retained for a specified period as required by law.
